Return Policy

Return your item(s) within 30 days after receipt for a refund of the purchase cost. Shipping cost is not included.
Must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging if possible.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Final Sale items
- Underwear and personal care items

If you’re ready for the return, prepare your package with:

Ship your own way (with tracking recommended) or Contact Customer Service to purchase a return label for $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for lost packages.

When will I get my refund?
We will send you an email once your returned item has been received. We’ll notify you again once your refund is being processed, or if there’s any issues. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment which can vary based on payment provider.

I got my refund notice, but haven’t received the funds. What do I do?
Check with your payment provider to see if the credit is pending. Sometimes there’s a delay with the posting.

How can I exchange my item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just purchase your new item and send your old one in for a refund.

My item is damaged!

We’ll send a replacement of the same item out to you!

I received an item as a gift, what can I do?
Mark the return form with the person who sent you the gift and the value will be credited to your account. Make sure to register an account if you don’t have one already!
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the credit will return back to the one who bought it for you.
