Our goal at OneWorld is to make you feel good with amazing styles! We urge you to give us a call or send us an e-mail with any questions regarding our online return policy.

Returns and exchanges are available on all orders within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be new, unworn, and undamaged and contain all original packaging, accessories and tags attached. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Policy is only for orders on our website. Please follow Return Policy instructions for all other orders not placed through our website.  

 

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or you may contact Customer Service to purchase a return label for $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event of an exchange request, shipping charges will be covered to get the exchanged product back to you.

 

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

Please include your order number, first and last name, phone number, and reason for return, along with product to be returned.

FAQs
How do I sent my order back?

Ship your own way (with tracking recommended) or contact Customer Service to purchase a return label for $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost packages.


When will I get my refund?
We will send you an email once your returned item has been received. We’ll notify you again once your refund is being processed, or if there’s any issues. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment which can vary based on payment provider.


I got my refund notice, but haven’t received the funds. What do I do?
Check with your payment provider to see if the credit is pending. Sometimes there’s a delay with the posting.

My item is damaged!
Email Customercare@oneworldapparel.com of the issue and we'll have you send your item back to: 18525 Railroad City of Industry CA 91748, United States.
We’ll send a replacement of the same item out to you!


I received an item as a gift, what can I do?
Mark the return form with the person who sent you the gift and the value will be credited to your account. Make sure to register an account if you don’t have one already!
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the credit will return back to the one who bought it for you.
